    Default Easter IDPA

There will be a six stage IDPA match this Sunday morning. A non-mandatory BUG (back-up gun) side match will follow. Your twisted stage designers might decide to include a mandatory reload for your BUG so bring plenty of ammo. 25-30 rounds should do just fine.

I know, I know. The rulebook says no mandatory reloads for BUGs. But dont you think its something that might be good to practice once in a while?

    See you Sunday.

That would be Pueblo... www.fridpa.com has more details, a map to the range, start times, ect.

Pueblo shoots the third Sunday and Clear Creek shoots the second Saturday.

All the above info was on a sticky before the forum went down and all the old posts got dumped.

14 people made it out this Easter Sunday and gave it a go. One new shooter did very well finishing up right in the middle of the pack. Doc kept up his thing and shot the whole match down a total of only 8 points, earning yet another free match for the accurate one.

The bug (back-up gun/sub-compact) match went smooth. Two stages. Only 2 out of the 14 didnt shoot the side match. We broke it out Autos and Revos as there was an on the clock reload. Auto is a huge advantage there, maybe... I was surprised to see so many revos. 4 out of 12 people shot revos. A revo had the high score, so maybe it isnt the advantage we thought it would be.

Next months side match will be rifle/carbine.

Scores went out a few hours ago, let me know if you didnt get them yet. Hope everyone had a good Easter. See you next month.
