You can get decent prices for MREs on both ebay and Gunbroker. Or just do a search.

The surplus store in downtown Arvada was advertising MREs for sale individual or by the case. I didn't note the price. Plenty of things I would rather eat.

Watch out for the local surplus stores. I didn't like the looks of the packaging at one and asked them to open the box. Looked like a mixture from various packages had been consolidated into the box. JMHO

Got a few there for the car survival kits, in my opinion WAY over priced. I have seen them much cheaper on online sources

You may wanna check out armygear.net

When they get another shipment, they usually have it priced at $93 for 2 cases.

Before you buy anything take a look at mreinfo.com. Very enlightening. There are differences between civilian and military MRE's. The manufacturers of the military MRE's make civvie versions. Those are GTG. Beware of generic "MRE's" (a' la Sportsmans Guide or Cheaper than Dirt) that may just be cobbled together combinations of entrees and components from sources of unknown date and origin. Over the last two years I have carefully located authentic military MRE's with inspection dates that are within the 2011 - 2012 time frame on eBay. I am now looking to add some A-Pack (Ameriqual) and Sopakco civvie versions from epicenter.com.
