    a really good pulled pork sandwich can really hit the spot.

    A dry rub of Cilantro,Chile powder, and a couple of other things I found in the spice rack. Wrapped in foil to keep the juices in, slow roasted over cherrywood smoke for three hours. Topped with a Mustard based BBQ sauce {Homemade} and some cole slaw. Didn't have room for the Baked Beans.

    Depends on how much You want, and what form You want it in. I have seen Mesquite chips at SW.

    Dang you Marlin, since your post I've had to order pulled pork twice.
    I say lets all remove the warning labels and let nature take its course.
