I got it resized and posted, but I'll be darned if I can make it work as an avatar. Still working on it.

If one of you managers wants to take a crack at it.....

I got it sized, and adjusted the board software to increase the avatar size, but for some reason I can't get it to display.

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.

So, one of you managers, since you have access, want to work on this and see what success you have?
