Hatch is a where, not a what. It's also a brand name - of a company in Hatch, New Mexico. Green Chiles do come in different varieties, like carrots and other veggies. The two varieties of green chiles I see the most of are Anaheim and NuMex Big Jim.Originally Posted by patrick0685

Well, some one's been busy. It's a good thing that post counts don't matter any more. After spending some time with my family this week end. I realized, that more family time is important. All though you folks are my 2nd family. I'm not going to let the Box in front of me right now rule my life. Oh I'll be around. But, not as much whoring!! Not that important right now.
