Glad to hear the power came back on. If you didn't move on the generator, it probably would have been out longer. ;-)

At least the ground was warm enough that it melted quite a bit of the snow on the pavement. Shoveling this morning wasn't too bad.

Irving, I'm going to have Netflix on the TV, YouTube on 1 monitor, Amazon Prime on a 2nd monitor, and Pandora running in the background, just for you. Whatever my wife is also doing for work will just be a bonus. Sure am glad I upgraded my Internet plan a couple of months ago.

    Tell me about it.

As neighbors along our driveway we hire a plow guy to clear over 4". Yesterday his big diesel Ram plow truck got stuck immediately and stayed stuck for 3 hours. I learned that to plow these big, wet spring storms you chain up or you get stuck. For me to pull him out I had to clear 20 inches of snow around my plow with the snowblower so I could put chains on. I got him out with the little Toyota and told him to come back today with chains. Haven't seen him yet. I don't think he's real bright. He could have come earlier in the day at 8 inches, then again later to charge us twice. I'm happy to pay him to save wear and tear on my old Toy.

This pic is before I started the Toro, and we got another 6-7" by dark.

I need one of those. Mine is an older 5K watt Honda, great machine but noisy. I should sell it....

We've been lucky with electric service this time. We often loose electricity during storms like this.

I have an older Honda 5k as well that I use on job sites. Kinda loud compared to newer 5k I have for the house.

I loaned the 2k inverter gen to neighbors to run furnace during outage. They offered to buy it when they returned it. Mrs bo laughed and said hell no, it is the only generator she can start by herself.

The 2k inverter gen won't run AC unit in camp trailer but can be paralleled with another to do so.

One of the buyer from ebay just purchased something at around 4:20ish.
Packaged the 46x10x10 box, bubble wrap individual clubs , and drove to fedex. Dropped it off and came home at
    4:39.

Snow? What's this snow thing about?

In other news, I've heard rumor that Junction's historical high-volume gun store (A+ Pawn Shop) and whatever future iterations they ran under is in some deep doo doo over something in the order of 2,700 guns missing. Apparently it's Wilcox Sr. that's in heat, Jr. is not in the vice over this one. It's been a long time since I mosied up that way but Jimmy was always nice (jr). My info is fairly credible, but biased hearsay, there's been a lot of family drama there lately.

Snow? I'll bring you some next time I'm over. You can make Sno-cones!

Sorry about A+Pawn. The lady did a quick, efficient and easy transfer for me a couple years ago. They had a huge inventory of AR's. I was there recently and what a mess! They needed a fire sale. I predict it will all see a bulldozer very soon.

From my understanding the sister left and started a new gun store on Orchard Mesa which may be short lived. (jr's) wife is rumored to be securing an FFL to reopen at the original location under their operation. It's always been chaotic there back in my memory, but that was back when Jr. was running it. I've also heard that the sister was suing Jr while they shared the same premises, but supposedly lost that case. Even considering the reliable source, that last bit to me is speculation, without actually seeing pleadings.
