I went over to a friend's house one morning & waited by the door for them but behind a columnar buckthorn. When she came out I used it. Scared her so badly she screamed & peed a little & had to go shower & change before we could go out to breakfast. To her credit, I'm amazed she even spoke to me after, much less still wanted to go that morning.

Supposed I picked a good one with an actual sense of humor. : )

The reddish shrub is unidentifiable... Persimmon maybe? The color is right for the flowers but those look more like leaves. Plum variety then?

I was actually waiting for something to descend from the sky. The way things have been going lately, perhaps we need some intervention. Or even more interesting ascend in to the sky.

Not sure. It started raining and i missed getting more pictures where the magenta and purples blew up the sky. Oh well there's always ............................

Apparently I chose to go out to get the mail at exactly 8:00 pm this evening.

It sounded like my neighborhood was being overrun by coyotes. It was kind of funny.

Apparently I haven?t been outside at eight to hear it before.
