Very bad move by prosecutor.
This will heavily discourage people to share any videos.

We need more info before coming to that conclusion, IMO.

He may have been a part of the entire episode and giving up the video may have been an attempt to save himself.

They were able to close it & cut (ba bum tss) a couple months off the repair process. I woke up from the last surgery wholly surprised as this was not expected. Told the plastic surgeon beforehand that I honestly didn't care about pretty, didn't have it in me to sit still for another 3-4 months before being able to start rehab & really was just hoping/needed it to work again. He listened. Im thrilled he didn't minimize my needs & found a way. Given the circumstances from which this begun, the results both in function & aesthetics are expected to be fantastic & I couldn't be more grateful. Doubt it'll even show much or leave me wanting for mobility when all is said & done though, it'll take time to get there. Trite as it may sound, truly the best part is that I have more time now.

Had surgery on my legs 2 years ago, no fun. Doc said I would lose a leg (or worse) if I did not have it so I let the Germans operate on me. I got "Helga the punisher" for a nurse.
