Speaking of vehicles.
Las time I've checked, all used vehicle had to do emission testing, but I saw this.

So, if someone for an example bought 2015-2020 used car and live in big city, are they exempt from doing emission?

My experience has been that yes new vehicles are emission exempt in CO for 5 years and it follows to new owners. Although I haven't bought a new car in a while so things may have changed.
