It still boggles me how it costs them more to process an echeck than to handle a paper check. Makes no sense.

Mailed in my registration renewal with a check.
Received renewal in about 3 weeks.
    Regular Jeffco procedures.
    I have no complaints.

The driver license was renewed about 10/19ish. Cost was $31.87. I had to get my eye checked before I even apply online. Easy application, and got my new driver's license less than 10 days.

Renewed my CDL online during the first shut-down.
    Totally unheard of before.
Colo DMV always required in person renewal and there was only one facility set up for CDL in my area over on Evans.
Even with an appointment, it would take over an hour in the past.
Had to submit my Health Certification to prove my eyesight was checked, but have to do that every two years anyway.

In all honesty, it was the same person and I was told to call back directly for the last bit and while it took some time, she was great about it and got it done. I still feel raped over the new vehicle reg fees, but kudos to the DougCo employee.
That's one of the things I've liked about dealing with DougCo. They really have a customer service mindset. As they should.

Agree. I just have to say that I've never had an excessive wait or any issues ever at the DougCo DMV including being initially pissed off when they closed the Parker office oh so many years ago and I had to drive to Lone Tree. LOL.

However, the State of CO can eat a giant bag of D's WRT the butt rape they give us on fees.
