Crutchfield shows 38 Double-DIN receivers in stock.

I'm partial to Jensen as I've never had one or a Sony head unit fail.

My 04 truck had the last one, Jensen DVD slide-out screen that worked for 16 years when I sold it. I did replace the LCD panel backlight once.

I got an ATOTO A6 pro off amazon a couple months back. Looks like they are still in stock. Very satisfied myself with it... Backup camera, + in car camera/DVR, + auxillary camera (front/offroad) are all available without any switching. Also compatible TPS sensors are available. Makes an old dog have all the modern features. They are held in good regards in reviews - seems to usually last.

ETA: They are double DIN if it isn't clear.
