Semi- pan seared steelhead trout is so amazing.

Charcoal for 20minutes. Skin attached and pan seared after.
No sauce but soy sauce with little wasabi (imitation) on the side.

Nice. I use aloha shoyu, with some finely sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, on trout.

Annual Twilight Zone New Years Fest is a staple for us the last few years.....cool to look back at the actors at the time when they were getting started, and the plots are usually interesting. Surprises me that no one has brought it back as it would be relevant using todays realities with some twists.
