It's a 2008 F250 with the 6.4,

and I plan on doing engine work the second day I buy it

Replace it with a 7.3??
I dont know how the 6.4's are now but when I worked for Ford when they first came out they had many issues..
I wasn't a deisel guy so I realy dont know-but all the deisel techs hated them..

Now the 7.3 I can wwork on like a gas motor-simple as simple does!
