    Hell, I know we need the moisture, I just hate dealing with snow...having to go to work early to plow, getting dripped on all damn day long...I'm getting older and really tired of it.

    NO. The stew is what you eat while the pork shoulder is simmering away. Then once removed you shred and enter the final stages of green chili. The stew seasoning was made with a gentle blend of hungarian sweet paprika, GARLIC (chopped in to chunks) adoba chili powder, Garlic, oregano, and other herbs not available for disclosure. Maybe a shrimp /chorizo medley. OR some sweet italian sausage / bison meatloaf.
