    It's because it never snows in California, and the transplants who did so well for us in the last election are now judging our weather by their standards and freaking out accordingly...

    Dingo you obviously never lived in Northern California. The Sierras get WAY more snow than here. I have seen over 6 feet in one night at Donner Summit at my uncle's place this time of year, and that is not unusual. California is the 3rd largest state and has every type of terrain there is. I can't think of one state that has more diversity of climates. Might want to check your facts before you pop off. BTW I agree if what you meant was LA or San Diego drivers, but even a high percentage of them ski avidly.

    Post was frustrated hyperbole, not a demonstrative geography lesson. The intent was to express my opinion that most people that I've met from California are abominable idiots. That part's not intended to be hyperbole. :-)
