Italian roast chicken with squash, onions, tomatoes, & garlic... topped with melted motzarella

Boneless chicken breast split stuffed with red peppers and onions, rolled in melted butter lightly dredged in a seasoned flour. Cooked 35 min @ 350 then 10 min @ 400.
Chicken rice and mac salad for sides.

Nah, chicken and shrimp go well together. Ate tons of the pairing down in New Orleans a couple months back.

So quick to assume.. I never said shit about gumbo.. but I love good gumbo, preferably seafood. Chicken and shrimp not in gumbo. As for soup and AF cafeteria... I avoid cafeterias and love chicken soup, especially homemade from a whole chicken. I find that people who put limits on what they'll try often miss out.

exponentially the further i get away from a coast the the less i want seafood. Anyone else in the same boat?
