So update on the day...
alarm clock went off at 6am.. I said fuck you alarm clock and slept till 8..
By the time I got into the office to start calling and yelling my mortgage guy had already done so...
He got more answered in a 5 min convo than we got AT ALL from the listing agent, who knows NOTHING about the requirements..
So back on track w/ the house.. I think.
Yep looks like we're back on track.
Listing agent is an idiot. Didn't bother to educate herself on the stuff w/ the house SHE WAS SELLING.. apparently just took it to mean that everything would be handled for her. If I could refuse to pay her I would. Sadly, she'll still get paid.
Pretty sure my mortgage is going to drink himself silly tonight.. I might go join him.
I'm about to go work out and then punch the hell out of a heavy bag.. tomorrow is shooting I think..
Sweet Monky!! My first house closing SUCKED! The seller never showed for the closing.I went over to the house that night and he was having a Keg party. I said remember me we were closing on the house today!!!! WTF!!
Ohh ya I cant do this! I'm not right in the head! Drugs! Duhhhh! Called my realator told him what was going on. He contacted the guys sister, it went to court, found out he Was mental.More court dates to get every thing transfered to his sister! After 2 1/2 months
I finaly got the house!!

Just got home from Dry Dock... mmm .. Double IPA.. 9% beer is awesome!
