This has been about 5 months in the making and I'm starting to get a little jaded which is ridiculous considering the good fortune I've had.
They've done it to me twice in the last 8 years and yet I keep coming back for more.

At least you can get raises. Where I'm at, I'm currently maxed out on my salary unless I get a PhD. And it isn't that high. They also don't give cost of living adjustments or any other raises like that that you'd expect on a year to year basis.
It's just more motivation to stay up to date on what the other whores are saying with their dirty mouths. I can only really catch up when I am work, so sometimes I've got a lot of reading to do.
