Tons of clouds, probably no observing tonight.
Hey waxthis, stop posting. I'm trying to catch you... and you've got a full year ahead of me in possible postings based on join dates.
Ooh, please do! As much as I love Jack Stack bbq, I also enjoy testing other peoples homemade sauces.
What kind of sauce is it? Sweeter or spicier? Southern tomato/vinegar based or ... ya know, I don't know the other styles/bases...
A coworker from North Carolina had a really good sauce recipe he gave me, made it at a work party once. It was delicious, but I'd take thicker sauces over vinegar based styles any day.
Can someone identify this car? I thought it was a Mustang until I got along side it and saw the rear doors...

Bought some smoked brisket from Sam's. $15 for a full brisket. Decent quality, much better than the Jack Daniels crap that walmart sells (and all the other pre-packaged stuff walmart sells).
Not even CLOSE to the quality or taste as fresh out of the smoker brisket, but its the closet thing I can get here.![]()

Yea, you can order it directly from their website, even their various meats, but they're a little on the expensive side. Might have to treat myself to it a couple times per year or something.
Let me check the bottle that I've got of the spicy bbq sauce for the sugar content. I think its rather low, at least compared to KC Masterpiece.
I usually have no problem pouring Jack Stack sauce on meats in the grill whereas KC Masterpiece usually burns to heck.
