The other driver is challenging the statement, she now says she had a green arrow. At the time of the crash, we both had yellow, and she explicitly said to me that she was just following the people ahead of her who were going.
She can shout Hallelujah from the pulpit, she was given a ticket, she's at fault. if she wants to really push it, tell your ins co they should check her cell ph. betcha she was on it at the time of the accident
