All good now. How was your boom boom fest?

After we decided to move 5 of our cars (mine and in-laws) to the shoulder on the busy street in front of their house, which has the perfect view of the fireworks display, our show was nice!

Last year, we had a gang of street racers park right in front of us, yelling profanity, throwing trash in our yard, stereo systems thumping, and they were yelling racial slurs at one of our neighbors who was sitting with us. I'm not the fighting type, but it nearly made me run down there and throw some punches. This year, it was nice and quiet and we could actually enjoy the fireworks display!

Rolled up the meat balls, froze for 4 hours, and now there off to the deep freeze in double wrapped freezer bags... Cooked up 4 and whoa, good stuff!

Nice looking garden there, ours is small this year...just a few varieties of tomatos and some squash I think. It's the wifs project really.

waxthis - i am DYING to taste a raw ghost pepper. could you set one aside for me if possible? I've had a couple of sauces that claimed to have ghost pepper in them but they weren't very hot.
