That's pretty cool, man.
Gonna start getting ready to do the "cook shit for the weeks lunches" program. Fish filets and cubed seasoned taters in the oven, and some kind of damn vegetable to make stuff more healthyerest.
It's not the easiest decision to eat healthy, but it IS the smarter one. All flavor aside.
No point in eating a salad if you put all the good shit on it......sucks, but true.
I'd have a hard time even trying to be a fatass though...my metabolism is out of sight.
