My company likes to let skilled Americans go, then hire some resume fakers from India on the cheap. Then my company complains about the quality of work and quality of service from a bunch of ESL shitheads.

I've never been laid off, but I can imagine how it feels. My job is secured as long as we have funding. We run out of funding in July 2014. We're pretty sure that we have funding to continue us through 2020, but we still haven't been given the final word. It definitely makes me look at our emergency funds account and realize it needs to be at least 3 times larger.Originally Posted by roberth
