Today... My skin hurts.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
Sorry dude. Burns of any kind really suck.
When I was in high school, we went to florida to stay at a cousin's house for spring break. I fell asleep in the sun for about 3 hours with no sunscreen on. No shirt, just a swimsuit. The next 5 days were awfully painful. My entire upper body would itch so bad, but ANYTHING touching me would just hurt like crazy. Sitting in a chair? That hurts like crazy. Wearing a seatbelt? AWFUL. Putting on a button up dress shirt to wear to church? FML! Needless to say, my entire stomach, chest, face, and arms peeled twice and I had some blistering in the middle of my chest where the sun don't normally shine. Lesson learned. Now I burn really easily in all of those areas, so I have to be extra diligent.
Short version: I got burned really bad when I was a kid and I feel your pain.

Thanks for all the positive vibes guys....it's much appreciated.
His condition actually worsened a little last night, and they were considering moving him to ICU, but I didn't get another call last night....so I guess they didn't have to do that.
