$8 per hr beats no $$ per hr. I've delivered newspapers when times were tight. Hell if i could i'd wash dishes, to put a paycheck in my hands.

i've been a busser, janitor, kitchen cleaner, dish washer, yup, i'll work for money too. worked at officemax for a while before i got back into my career in 2004

Not slinging cards at this gig. Wish I was but the poker market is shit for the most part these days unless you're at Ameristar, and good luck trying to get in there. The increased limits really f-ed things up.

Interesting note about A-Star. Almost all of their dealers are part-time and the entire housekeeping staff is contracted out. Can you guess why?

Funny you say that.. I knew a Bangladeshi that actually thought computers caught pathogenic viruses. He also printed about 5 reams of paper before somebody finally told him the printout doesn't come out the monitor.
