    And I'll be the first to say that the Great Lakes beaches are NOT ocean beaches. I lived on the California coast for a year, and the ocean has very different dynamics. That being said, fresh water is more fun for watersports and swimming.

    damn arm isnt too bad today....i think im over the worst part, all down hill from here i figure.

    just have to really careful with it now, and keep taking the meds.
