    Haha, actually we didn't register for any gravy bowls or a juicer LOL. We definitely got a nice china set with stemware and silverware, but we were shocked at the cost of that stuff!

    The best grits are the day after! Put the leftovers in a glass and stick them in the fridge, they will congeal into a tube shape. Then flop the tube out and fry them like so

    Hmm, I've never tried that but those look delicious! Do you bread them before frying?

    Yeah, you can use a little milk and an egg as a binder then just roll them in flour.
