Yeah. I need to work on that too... During the work week I drink 4-5 20oz bottles of water a day... But on my off days I don't drink much water at all.

JM, there is a Snap Fitness center on Bridge Street, right across from the water tower. $30 a month for 24/7 access..lots of equipment, and trainers available...nutrition advice and all that.

My wife and I go there, well I did until I fully jacked up my shoulder, but I will be going back there once I'm physically able to.

I'm proud of you mentioning that here, and I will help you in any way I can.

    Thank you, sir.

The other day, my grandparents bought a big ol bag of M&Ms... I love M&Ms.... They were peanut M&Ms too... I went to open the bag, but told myself, "The fuck are you doing?! You can't have this shit anymore!"

    It sucked.

You need to drink your weight in ounces to maintain your current weight. If you want to lose you have to drink more. I dropped 45# last fall, and did I get f'n sick of water. But you can do it!

    Damn this touchscreen.
