    wasthis - i tried some melinda's naga jolokia yesterday - it was delicious and it was effing HOT

    i put some on my carnitas and it didn't overcome the carnitas like some hot sauces do

    I've tried that sauce before and it's not bad, one of the better ones.....See what working out does for ya, it gets you ready for the big game. Your Ghost is coming along great, and this latest heat wave is helping.

    the last of my pictures - i didn't see another human until got back to the main trail - i started at 630 or so and got back to my 4runner about noonish - i stop alot and look around - there were many, many butterflies and spiders and other things to look at - visited a couple old mining sites - tailings only though

    i tried to take some pictures of the cutthroat trout - there were a bunch of them and they were jumping out of the water for bugs but they don't stop moving and i didn't have good light

    this is from the east side of the lake looking to the west, the pass i came over is just right of center

    i hiked along the ridge to the northeast when i got back up to the pass from the lake - elevation is around 12,100 ft

    this shot is looking to the southwest - i was at the top of that last week, 13,215 ft - looks like i could hike it from this pass but it gets kinda steep and rocky the higher you go
