Time to change my work out route for a month, been hitting it pretty hard these past couple months.
So far, I have been a break down of 10,8,6,6 with heavy weight increase between sets
Now think I am going to go 15, 12, 10, 8. Increase weight not as much this time. I will stick to this one for about 6 week and then change it up again. Any of you meatheads have any ideas or suggestions?

Yes, it was called "having a child" for me. My passions (guns,trucks etc.) Are still there, but they take a back seat. Anything I do is with my sons interest in mind. He's not old enough to shoot yet, but we've already gone wheeling!
