    I mentioned this on the water catchment thread so correct me if I'm wrong... I was under the impression that 'Colorado' was sought out and founded to provide much needed water to provide areas such as Nebraska Kansas etc.

    Your impression is correct. I think we should be able to keep our western slope stuff more for ourselves, and not making AZ an Oasis in the desert. JMO
