    My dogs do that in the morning. Shortly after we wake up and let them outside, they start getting all riled up, excited that they'll be getting food soon. Pretty soon, one of them starts running around the house in circles as fast as she can run. We tend to encourage it because after a while, they'll tire themselves out.
