Well, I do have bad knee days, where it just aches all day. Not enough to make me avoid walking, but its enough to be an annoyance. I also had severe pain if I tried running up stairs or taking stairs two at a time. Something about the stress in the knee while it was bent that much was causing the pain.

I wonder if I could take a good pic of that photo sheet.

I'm a Walking Dead fanatic.... just got the season 3 CD the other day.

Seems 'ol AMC has some pretty high rated shows going on...I know that HBO passed on the Dead, and I bet they're kicking themselves in the ass for that decision.

If you like the tv series you will LOVE the Xbox game it's like a chose your adventure book but fucked up
