whats even more dumb is that now they cant even get rid of the "high-cap" mags IN the state. Should have made transfer or sale out of state legal. Sort of shot themselves in the foot on that one. pun HIGHLY intended.

Actually, they CAN get rid of them: confiscation.

Turns out my FFL went to CO to collect 14 guns from the neighbor of a house he bought up there for retirement. Her son passed away in a car accident and he had 14 guns. They were all confiscated by the cops for some reason, and she had to do lots of stuff to get them back. They kept ALL of the AR/SKS/AK and a few other high-cap mags.
