Agreed. When a friend of mine asked how much ammo I had, I replied with roughly 1k per caliber, he was shocked. I said it wasn't nearly enough. Then again, I think I go shooting a whole heck of a lot more than he does. But still, he always went to the gun shop the day of to get ammo and has boatloads of income, so he can pay whatever price.

another reason to stock up is that we do not know what the future holds, the local, state, or fed government could do anything to curtail ammunition purchases just like they do firearms purchases - get ammo while you can

Just got an automated phone reminder for my PT appointment tomorrow. The machine actually pronounced my last name correct. In my 28yrs of life, only a handful of people have ever pronounced my last name correctly on the first try, let alone after 10 times of hearing it correctly. I'm in shock!

I reload 9mm for under 15cents per round. I reload 223 for under 20cents per round. I reload 308 for under 50cents per round.

This is all for basic blaster stuff.

When commercial markets compete with that, then I'll switch... maybe.
