    Well ain't I a dumb-ass.

    Looking over the UT "out of state" certified instructors, I see my guy on the list.

    There goes my $20 non-refundable deposit.

    I'll have to double check that he will complete the instructor part of the app for me since the class/cert was nearly two years ago now.
