It would be nice to start a movement, and end up with a Four day work week, and Three day weekend system...yeah, that'd be cool.

I believe those are called 4 - 10's. get the rest of the crew interested and see where it goes. If the shop is open 5 days , you have full crew 2 of them. Then every other month you rotate, this gives everyone either fri-sat-sun, OR sat-sun-mon.
