    what impressed me most was when we were at the bank

    there was an elderly gentleman petting toms (buyer) dog, we were coming out of the bank and tom saw some older ladies going for the door so he got ahead of them and opened the door for them, held the door for my sister and i, then waited for the elderly gentlemen to finish with the dog and get through door
