Just got the Galaxy S4. I liked the Galaxy Note too. It was a tough call.
We are do for an upgrade, I am not digging the IPhone as much and might pick up that galaxy, depend on how much I need to pay for it.

I've heard some stuff about the iphone and security issues dealing with the GPS...so I'm a little worried about that.

Good point, I also do not like the fact that I have to pay for ring tones, my favorite time of the year is Halloween and I can't even change them to scary sounds without paying for them.
