My back is killing me. I crouched down this morning, knees bent and everything, was not lifting anything at all and all of a sudden, without warning pain shoots across my lower back and I nearly drop to the ground. The pain is unbelievable. I took a muscle relaxer and some extra strength (500mg) aspirin and as long as I don't move it stays a dull ache. Can't walk hardly at all and the wife had to help me off the john. Laying down is worse than sitting.

Now I have an idea what me wife goes through every day with her disability. This stinks. At least I have a day before I have to go back to work.

Thinking of selling to get the 24" benchrest stock unit. Mine is med contour fluted, threaded 1/2 x 28 for my suppressor One bolt action that utilizes my ar mags.
That's a nice rifle. Mossberg is onto something here. I would even consider buying if it had the longer barrel that you want. Tell me sir, have you tried 77 grain bullets in that 1:9 bbl? Wondering if those will stabilize?

Also, you can remove the press from the bench if you need to use the work bench for other work!

Also, Zilla Ground Walnut (lizard bedding) from Amazon. That stuff is AWESOME! Throw a little Nu Finish car polish with it in the the tumbler and you'll get super clean, super shiny brass in ~3hrs.

And, xtremebullets.com for .223 FMJ 55gr projectiles. Last I bought, they were $98/1k shipped.
Thanks for the lizard bedding tip. I wonder if I can get that at Petco...
