    Nope they left Monday night. It was a good visit. We went to the AF vs Notre Dame game, walked around Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks Open Space, and they spent lots of time with their only grand kid. Dad and I went to the range for the first time in years and he is now convinced he wants an AR-15. Good time was had by all.

    Knee is doing much better, have worked up to running 2min, walking 1min for 15min total. Tomorrow is my last PT day, had a follow-up with the doc today and will have a final consultation with the workers comp rep sometime, with the doc too.
