Mazin, my shoulder is still not 100%.

Probably 90% ROM and still "tight" at max extension, and I'm still limited on what I can pick up or move around. Have to ease into tasks to see if I can do them without messing up his handy work.

I can probably pick up a tire/wheel (80 lbs.) in 2 1/2 months or so.

Shoulders are a bitch man just keep at it!
I have about 90% but my trouble it the pivoting, I can't without a big ass pop and a bit o pain.
