My old roommate LOVED it when they came to Boulder. That was always his choice when we went out. Probably the reason I moved out on my own.
Speaking of burritos, you ever try that Mexican food place in the gas station in Raton? Pretty darn tasty, IMHO. Don't know exactly where you're located, so might not even be relevant.

And I'm salaried, which is both a good and bad thing. Good thing because, well, I don't have to track hours. Bad because I have to work holidays with no pay bump (not with new project though) and because there's a good chance I'll be working 60hr weeks soon.

YES! That place is DELICIOUS!!! The cycling team stopped there on the way to UNM for a race years back, we all got food poisoning unfortunately (or something) but they definitely have great food!

yeah well.. I typically work 50-55 hour weeks, some weekends, some nights, and about half of the holidays. And I don't get overtime, etc.

When I'm home, my commute's about 55 minutes too. No way I can work from home, though, and not too many other options where I am...especially that pay like what I have. And now I'll be home most of the time, so it's time to start thinking about getting a commuter. 17 mpg in my Tundra ain't gonna do it.

I hear ya HB, that's rough! Holidays are the worst. In the 3.5yrs I've worked here, I've had to work 3 christmases/eves, 2 new years, 3 thanksgivings and the other holidays I don't keep track of really.

Troubleco, feel your pain. There's nothing around me that pays as well as I get paid. Especially after I move to the new project (officially that is), huge pay bump which will be nice!

I prefer Murray's Welch Cheddar available at King Soopers (Kroger Foods).

Their Butterkäse is incredibly smooth and luscious too.

Not a big fan of their Extra Sharp Cheddar, I prefer any good old 3-5 year or older Wisconsin Cheddar.
