We typically have between 10 and 30 or more people, calling in from locally, across the US, Mexico, Japan, Chile. I had a client last year from Ecuador and they were consistently late, not ready, trying to get their computer audio working, etc.

Wait, are you talking minutes as in time (billed for call) or minutes as in notes? Cause I was talking about minutes as in notes.
Time billed on a project - including the time we spent on calls. And we bill by the hour.

Ah, gotcha, so you understand the frustration with people asking for recaps when minutes exist and will be emailed shortly, in addition to talking about billing people for minutes that they waste. I think I'm on the same page now. Maybe.
