Agree about Bill and Robert as Art and Artie (respectively), but Bill Paxton played the main character.

The funny thing about this whole Fish Heads thing, and why I remember it so well:
I took a class in college called 'Popular Humanities'. I was a music major, and the prof LOVED Dr. Demento. A side effect of this is that I had to listen to all the weirdest of the weird stuff four our months of my life. Then discuss it. Then study it. Then study it some more.
It was really horrible.
The next semester was a class called 'Gender and the Humanities'. The first video we watched (then learned everything about) was the fish head video. ugh!
