get an rpk74 barrel from k-var and a romy rpk kit from apex sans barrel

if the russian surp 5.45 is no dirtier than wolf .223 then it should be fine. i only shoot wolf in my a1 carbine and i've never cleaned it (treat my ar like an ak and it's never had a malfunction)

I'm more worried about the corrosive nature... that ar is going to be a b*tch to clean
