It was pretty bad. It would be one thing if it was a topic that I was getting blind-sided with. However, seeing as I spent 35 hours of work on the exact same topic that this yay-hoo was trying to throw me under the bus for.... He was severely unprepared.

I have a very hard time when people don't take my advice as a SME. I went to a meeting (with an elephant at the head) and an eagle said something that was wrong. The implications of their wrong-ness would affect the forward motion of a constellation, and not a small one.....so I had to speak up.

That eagle tore me up one side and down the other.

The he asked me what I had to say for myself. I told him, "Don't be wrong, please, Sir."

what I really wanted to say was that line from the movie Collateral: "Max! I do this for a living!!"

I get myself in a lot of trouble correcting team members in meetings that often include the client. Correcting the client is even more delicate. If it can be corrected in private without affecting the project, I'll keep my mouth shut and follow up. Otherwise, I speak my mind as tactfully as possible. However, tact is not one of my strong suits.

Im not a big fan of rotating shell plates. I'm going for as much accuracy as I can, so keeping the dies loaded and adjusted to one ram lever. I can use my rock chucker as a deprime only and then load up two different size and seater dies on a 4-stage turret press.
