I'm eating an apple. This eating again healthy sux.
Eating healthy rocks. Your body will thank you for it. like any other fuel-burning system, garbage in = garbage out.
When I slip into a habit of eating garbage, I feel like garbage. When I make it a habit of eating really healthy for a few weeks, I notice a lot of positive changes in my mood, sleep habits, and physical & mental performance.
