Yep. Gotta pay up to be in the best public schools, and I'm fine with that. I just wasn't expecting some of the other things on the tax bill to be so costly...

HOA fees and picking up the tab the "community" was charged by the city for improvements, are some of the hidden "fees" you get hammered with.
