One gable vent installed. Knee is hurting me too much to do the other one today, so maybe next monday.

Besides, I'm using my ladder to help hold the current gable vent against the house while the glue dries.

Trying to decide. Integrally suppressed 10/22 or an 8" tromix built saiga...

Which will you use more? I'd go with the internal suppressed 10/22 bbl. This way IF you decided it's not for you. The action can be sold as a separate unit.

And wait, pointy side down? On the reciprocating saw? That's probably why I burned through two blades (ground the teeth completely off). And here I just figured they were disposable.

I will, gluing the outside flange to the stucco to make it water tight (will go back tomorrow and run a bead around the edge to really seal it up).

I built a frame on the inside and once the glue dries, I'll go in from the inside and screw them into the wood framing to secure it. I have some bungie cords pulling the gable vent inwards from the attic, but the ladder is just a safety precaution to apply a little extra pressure inwards.
